Artist's Statement
I am a professional artist from Northwest Ohio. I have been painting for about forty years now.
I started doing art work when I was a small boy under the influence and direction of my mother and grandmother.
My mother was a teacher for elementary students. She majored in art at the Ohio Northern University.
My grandmother owned and operated a ceramic shop locally and I achieved alot of experiences there. She was very good with clay and as a teacher as well.
I'll have to say though that I have been truly blessed by all the artist and art enthusiasts that have crossed my path through the years. I can only hope that I touched their lives as much as they do mine.
